My Grilling Bible!:
My wife gave me this book about 3 years ago. The pages are all frayed and torn now. It is my grilling bible. So much in fact, that I keep all my other grilling recipes inside this book and it's the only thing I can find in the kitchen without asking my wife. I watch friends grill and quietly laugh at them because of what they don't know and it's the same thing I didn't know before I got this book. BEST BBQ BOOK!!:
I picked up this book at a home depot or lowes on a whim in the bbq section probably 3 years ago, and I have to say it's probably the best cookbook I've ever used. It has large color photos for each recipe, it explains many things about grilling I never knew, and also is separated into sections (poultry, beef, sides, etc) with excellent info in each section on the type of meat/food used. For example, In beef it explain cuts of meat and differences, how to tell when beef is medium or well done, etc. and...more info
