Cheap and BEST:
A good product. Neat and clean color coding and decent space between each of the slots. If you have big power cord heads then this may not be your choice. I have connected my cable, TV, receiver and modem.

For anyone buying their first HDTV, I recommend buying the powercenter (and HDMI cables) on-line to save money. I bought the HTS 800 along with my first HDTV (Sharp 47" LCD). I decided on HTS 800 because it offered surge protection, it filtered out electronic noise, it had plenty of color coded outlets spaced apart, and it was much cheaper than similar products at the electronics stores. This surge protector/power conditioner was a steel at 35 $ the one at the store was WAY more expensive and didn't do the things this one does. Always go with amazon first !
