Treats will become soft and pliable at 100 degrees (F) if exposed to extreme heat during shipping and storage. They will return to normal hardness again at room temperature.
Suet Treats are produced by blending the highest quality ingredients available. Consisting of melted fat, sunflower seeds, millet, & corn, which are then poured into the tray and allowed to harden.

A VERY SATISFACTORY PRODUCT:
We have been using these C&S Suet cakes for about three our four years now. We have ten to twelve suet baskets installed around and near our house; most in plan view, others rather hidden. Living in the middle of an isolated woodland area with many trees and much brush gives the birds plenty of room to establish their own territory. Good for squirrels:
For some reason were I live I've never noticed a bird eating from these. However I discovered that as long as I have one of these out it keeps the squirrels off the actual feeder. Seeing as it takes the mother squirrel in my yard a little more than a week to eat one of these less than two dollar things its a huge save on the more expensive bird feed I put out and saves my feeders from getting torn up. The cats love watching out the window at the birds and squirrels as well.
