I noted the previous reviews about damaged parts. Mine came in on UPS - the outer box had damage: dented, couple small holes; bottom tape had broken. I thought: Uh-oh. Opened it up and did inventory. All was in perfect shape. There was a lot of internal cardboard padding; it seems to have worked. I also noted the previous reviews about the pictorial assembly manual having few words to guide you. I have been very happy with my Q 320 purchase. This is my first gas grill. I decided to give them a try after using a similar Weber model at a friends house. I have always been a Weber fan and have had one of my 22" kettles for 35 years. Their quality has always been one of the best and I have continued to buy their products through the years because of that. Great grill, small footprint:
I've been using this grill for about six weeks and so far I can only say good things. The grill gets hot very quickly, flare ups are minimal, and the cooking surface is very nice. I obviously can't comment on the grill's longevity, but so far I have no complaints. My previous grill was larger, but this one is certainly ample (and removing the cooling grate takes 2 seconds should you need some extra primary surface cooking area). Love it!! This was my wedding gift!! Nothing I wanted more. It cooks great and looks just as great. We have a small deck, and the size of this little baby is perfect for us. The cooking surface is still large, but the fold-up size is just what fits for us.
