Misleading advertisment:
The advertising picture shows a big tall flame coming from the grill. This is the reason I purchased this particular item. It also shows logs in the flame but it does not come with the logs. It comes with lava rocks. When I called the company they told me they no longer ship the fire pit with logs because they had issues with them. NICE PIT!:
Where we are in FL.,wood fires are prohibited so we got permission for a gas log firepit. The Camp Chef Del Rio fit our needs. It is well constructed. We have received many positive responses from our neighboring campers. The ceramic logs greatly enhance the effect.
Not Properly Represented!:
Add says it comes with 7 ceramic logs! It comes with NO ceramic logs. Even Camp Chef's 2010 catalog says it has 7 ceramic logs. Camp Chef was very rude and offered no help all.

RECIEVED THE FIRE PIT IN GREAT SHAPE BUT BE AWARE THAT THIS FIRE PIT "DOES NOT COME WITH THE 7 LOGS" AS LISTED. THE HOSE THAT IS SUGGESTED TO BUY WITH THE FIRE PIT DOES NOT WORK WITH THE FIRE PIT AS IT COMES WITH ITS OWN HOSE WITH FITTINGS OF ITS OWN KIND,BUT THE HOSE NEEDS TO BE LONGER....
