Squirrels eat this hose:
I purchased this hose figuring the squirrel problem might be isolated. It's not. Within a month squirrels ate holes in my hose and actually caused a pretty serious hazard, as my neighbors picked up on it by smelling the leak. So I'm out the hose and the gas in the tank.
Had it less than a week before animal chewed a hole in it:
I purchased this hose to attach a 20 Lb. tank to my Weber Performer (a charcoal kettle grill with a propane assist for lighting the coals). I purchased this Weber 6501 6' adapter hose so I wouldn't have to keep buying/disposing of the recommended 1 Lb. propane canisters. After having the hose for less than a week, some animal chewed a chunk out of the hose. I just happened to have left the 20 Lb. tank's valve open (which I generally don't do).
