The cleaner works great except sometimes the hose and holder fall off while being used. The cleaner works great and the attachments work well. We have already cleaned our home and one car.
Perfect carpet cleaner, cleans as good as a professional does!:
We have a huge living room, 450 square feet. All of which is covered in very very light colored berber carpet. We've had this carpet for only 4 years and it was a mistake putting it in seeing as we have 3 kids, 2 dogs and 1 cat. It was extremely soiled. I had it professionally clean by ChemDry about 2 years ago, they got it very clean but some areas where the dogs had gone potty, were only faded. We cover that area with a rug anyway. There isn't much to say about this product aside that it's a Hoover. Easy to put together and easy to use. Also does a great job cleaning.
Life saver!:
We recently moved into a house with creamy-whitish carpeting and two dogs with weak stomachs. Using this steam cleaner with hot water, the pet detergent and Arm & Hammer Pet Stain & Odor Remover plus Oxi Clean has been amazing! This has helped tremendously for both new accidents and ones that have been hidden and found later. Even the stains that I think will have to leave SOME kind of stain don't. I can't recommend this product highly enough!
