Fine product-but remote control malfunctioned after one season.:
The product worked fine last summer. This summer, the remote control began to malfunction. Unfortunately, most features of the product can only be controlled via the remote control. The only feature available directly on the unit is the on/off switch and default settings (high speed air conditioning set at 70-some degrees).

This works fine, and so far I've had no problems with it. However, the product description says it also heats--wrong!!
