Disappointing program:

I am not savvy in designing or computer programs. I was able to figure out the program on my own. I encountered problems in it not always allowing me to "rotate" or "move" the walls, windows, doors, plants, furniture, cabinets, etc, where I wanted them to go. The plants, trees, flowers that we grow in the arid part of zone 7 were not available in the program. Overall, it's difficult to design or remodel a home & landscape when the program won't do the things it's meant to do.

Promise, But Not Quite There:

I've had this product for a little over 7 months. Found a way to develop a plan for my house to use for looking at some remodeling ideas. I use computers all day and computer literate. This product is a big disappointment. Had the plan developed and got a notice from Nova that a free update to 2.0 was available. Thought maybe Nova was improving the software- wrong! Now I open my previously developed plan and everything is white, no material colors available. Wouldn't bother me if I could access some on-line... more info

Hard to use.:

The idea of this program is Awesome, but the time and effort it takes to figure out how to use the software isn't worth it. It loaded great, but when using the software it bogs down my computer, making it run slow. I thought it would help in landscaping my front yard, but I found it to be more of a nusance than a help. I wasn't impressed with the product. Hope this helps.

Great landscaping planning and layout software:

This software is really a must have for anyone looking to make major changes to their home's landscaping, and I think would also be useful to someone looking to make minor changes to their current landscaping.
We've just built a new house, and this has been so helpful. It asks you for a fair amount of basic information, like the measurements of your home and things like that, then it shows you a virtual version of your home, and you go from there. It shows lots of different options, so no matter what... more info
